According to data analysis by international travel giant Expedia, there are 10 hot international travel destinations around the world this fall.
Tulum, Mexico, and Mallorca, Spain, saw a 70 percent jump in hotel searches compared to the same period last year.
Cancun is a popular destination all year round, but it’s especially popular this fall. Cancun has more than 140 hotels offering 24,000 rooms. The 23 km long island of Cancun is the center of the resort area, some of the resort hotels are very luxurious, close to the Caribbean Sea, the water is clear, swimming in the sea is also clearly visible, many tourists dive here or go out on yachts.
While many tourists are still looking for a comfortable beach, there is also a lot of interest in Japanese holidays, with Kyoto, Tokyo and Osaka all making the top 10, which is highly consistent with the large number of Chinese people visiting Japan this year. The reason is that spring is popular in Japan because of the cherry blossoms, but autumn is just as spectacular, with maple and ginkgo trees bursting with color. And the foliage season is later than in North America, mostly from mid-October to mid-December. Of course, the desire to shop because of the highly coveted Japanese exchange rate also plays a role.
